Hi, I'm Saoane 

Hi, warmly welcome to my homepage. My full name is Kong Saoane Thach. You can call me Saoane, pronounced as sɑ‧wʌn, which means Gold. I am a Khmer from the Mekong Delta region in Southern Vietnam. 

I am currently a Deputy Head of the Department of Information Technology, School of Engineering and Technology, Tra Vinh University. I earned a PhD degree in Engineering and IT (HCI focused) and a Master's degree in Information Systems from The University of Melbourne. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Tra Vinh University.
